The Adaptiv Resilience Factor Inventory® (RFI) measures your own perceptions of your resilience. It contains 60 short items and takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. After you’ve completed the RFI you will be able to see your profile, showing your scores across 7 resilience factors. At this stage, print your profile or plot the scores into your workbook.
The RFI and the Resilience Workbook
You should already have your own copy of the resilience workbook. You must have your own original, purchased workbook - not borrowed, facsimile, digital or photocopy - to continue.
If you do not have a resilience workbook, click here for more information and to purchase.
If you have a resilience workbook, continue reading and follow the instructions below.
The workbook provides space for you to attach your resilience profile once you’ve printed it out, or to plot your results. It also provides information and guidance to help you make sense of your resilience profile and build your resilience in any of the 7 factors.
