Resilience In Recession - It's Still Tough Out There!

Starting last summer, in response to lots of requests from subscribers, we published a series of Resilience In Recession E-tips in Adaptiv's Enews. And we got lots of positive responses.

Now almost halfway through 2010, we thought we might be out of the woods. But in workshops, coaching sessions and daily correspondence, our customers are still asking us for help staying resilient in the face of continuing tough economic times. This is especially true of people in transition - they're reminding us that there's nothing quite as draining to our resilience reserves as living without a paycheck and facing a challenging job market.

So, in response to these requests, we decided to re-publish these E-tips here on the Adaptiv Blog. You should be able to scroll down, starting from this post, and read them in the order they were written.
